We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant who’ll work in a team to originate brand-specific digital marketing and communication strategies, champion marketing innovation sprints, prepare digital campaigns requirements documentation/briefs, and lead the execution.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • CONTENT: Originate, process, and lead execution of content marketing concepts; thematic and product promotional video/picture scrips, blogs, and thought-leadership content strategies, brand-specific image positioning videography and photography concepts, and social media marketing & PR content strategies.
  • ASSETS: Manage varied digital communication assets and their communities, optimize the digital assets for performance, execute platforms growth strategies, and lead platform-specific engagement strategies + campaigns.
  • COMMUNITIES: Lead brand-specific digital communities profiling, growth & engagement initiatives, audience mapping + bundling process for targeted advertising & remarketing, and community engagement.
  • FUNNELS: Design, optimize and lead the implementation of brands and campaigns specific digital marketing and sales funnels.
  • MEDIA: Plan and document high-performance media buying schedules, champion the execution and optimization of the media buying process, and maintain detailed budgets for select brands.
  • DATA: Monitor, analyze, and interpret digital media data to effectively optimize specific strategies and achieve the set-out brand and campaign objectives.
  • REPORTING: Periodic digital marketing and communication performance reporting for the varied brands, highlighting key growth and optimal delivery areas, and recommending and championing optimization/improvement areas.
  • TALENT DEVELOPMENT: Support Shupav with identifying, developing, and coaching support talent where need be.

Skills And Experience:

  • Communication: Thoughtful and skilled at determining the right communication channel and approach to persuade other team members to continually evolve their ideas and processes, whilst ensuring other relevant stakeholders are fully engaged,
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Able to steward and coordinate collaborative group workshops and events with colleagues in their own product team as well as across different teams and areas,
  • Curiosity & Initiative: A contagious curiosity to try new things, including marketing strategies and process management improvement,
  • Feedback: Able to plan and facilitate feedback/critique sessions with the team and assigned client brands about work and/or processes,
  • Problem Solving: Ability to proactively tackle complex problems, including those outside of your known area of expertise,
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of demonstratable professional Digital Marketing experience.
