Define your category in 2-4 clear words. For example:

  • Product Board – Product Management System
  • Sendoso – Sending Platform
  1. Leverage Content to Create a Loyal Community

Publish 2x daily. Focus on content that:

  • Inspires
  • Educates
  • Entertains
  • Makes people think
  • Triggers some sort of emotion 
  1. Follow the Data

Numbers don’t lie. Actively track critical metrics such as:

  • Conversion Rate
  • Time to AHA Moment
  • Retention Rate
  • Referred Customers
  • Customer Lifetime Value
  1. Obsess Over Copywriting

Copywriting is a salesperson that never sleeps. 8.25 seconds is the average human attention span. Make sure your website copy is A+.

  1. Design is a Superpower

Great designs win. You should delight your dream customer with every touchpoint. Don’t design brands. Design for people interacting with brands.

  1. Your Story is Your Company Strategy

Stories are vehicles for transformation. The mistake people make is thinking the story is just about marketing. No, the story is the strategy. If you make your story better you make your strategy better.
